5. No snooze
The snooze button is only going to worsen things, even though in the mornings, the thought of pressing that little button is nothing but, sweet. Make sure you get the 8 hours of sleep because when you do, you’re less likely to press the button. Don’t rely on the button and don’t consider it even an option.
After 8 hours of sleep (or less!) your body needs to be replenished. Start the day off with a glass of water to get the system going.
Yes, breakfast starts your metabolism, as well as fuels your empty tank after sleep. It is also the most important meal of the day, and skipping it may increase hunger throughout the day which usually leads to binge eating.
Improved circulation, muscle & joint flexibility and stress relief are three benefits of stretching in the morning. Taking even just 5 minutes to do a few stretches exercises will definitely make a difference.

Do something you love. Either that’s listening to music or reading a few pages of your current book, doing something you love early in the morning will have a positive impact on your day and overall mood!
